- FLK Consulting UG will have entered into an agreement with the organisation that you represent (the “Organisation”) for the use of the FLK Consulting UG Solution on the FLK Consulting UG Solution Licence Terms for Commercial Use (as defined in the FLK Consulting UG Solution Licence Terms),
each a “Licence Agreement”.
As mentioned above, data (whether it is personal or non-personal data) that you or the Organisation (if applicable) provide to us will also be governed by the Licence Agreement.
